About IVAN DOM

IVAN DOM is Ivan and a team that designs, builds and assembles homes. We start with your plot and requirements, and record the agreed materials, scope of work and schedule in the contract.

How we work

The IVAN DOM workshop for modular homes and saunas — Inside our production

What matters in our work

Clear information at every step

Website guide prices are a starting point. The final specification, timing, transport and warranty terms are confirmed in the quote and contract.

Controlled production

Most work happens in the factory: assembling the structure, fitting insulation and services, and completing the interiors.

Homes and saunas

We create modular and timber-frame homes for living, holidays and business, along with finished modular saunas.

A clear specification

Before signing, we set out the structure, finishes, services, foundations, transport and installation separately.

Commitments in writing

The scope, price and schedule are recorded in the contract. Additional work requires a separate agreement.

See the process

We agree the production photos and videos available and can arrange a walkthrough of the work in advance.

Stay in touch

After installation, we hand over the agreed documentation and provide warranty support.

From idea to your plot

One coordinated project plan

We first assess your needs and plot, then agree the design and scope. After production, we organise delivery and installation at the confirmed location.

Choose your solution

A home, sauna, guest or business module, for seasonal or year-round use.

Quote and contract

We explain the specification and quote separately for work affected by the plot and transport route.

Production and quality checks

We assemble the building in the factory and agree on walkthroughs, progress photos and available videos.

Delivery and handover

We check access, unloading and foundation readiness, then install the building to the agreed schedule.
